I am feeling a bit uninspired this week. We’re going on vacation for the first time in a long time, and I am just not motivated to cook! I am hoping the break gives me time to dream up new ideas & come up with something a bit more creative than this. Little Miss G would be sad if she didn’t have a special lunch for school so I whipped up a little seahorse sandwich on whole wheat. He has a royal icing eye and cheese designs cut with a small wave cutter. I cut the fish from hard boiled eggs and gave them black sesame seed eyes. I used blueberries for the water, crinkle cut carrots for more waves and then cut octopus shapes out of strawberries. Ranch dip is in the yellow container for the carrots & unseen is her Lifeway Kefir pouch to drink and ice water.

If this is “uninspired”, I’m in trouble…….
